The first significant snowfall of the season moved into southeast Wisconsin early Tuesday morning, Nov. 24. Plan on slippery and slushy road conditions with reduced visibility, according to the NWS.
The National Weather Service says there is a winter weather advisory in effect until noon for the following counties: Dodge, Fond Du Lac, Jefferson, Walworth, Washington, and Waukesha.
Areas near Lake Michigan will see mostly rain and a wintry mix with only a little snow. Morning snow changes to rain this afternoon for all areas.Rain continues tonight and into Wednesday but we dry up for a beautiful Thanksgiving day.
