MILWAUKEE - The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Dodge, Fond du Lac and Sheboygan counties until 8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 8. The watch ended up being canceled about an hour early.
Additionally, a flash flood watch impacting Dodge, Fond du Lac, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, and Washington counties originally in effect until 1 a.m. was canceled early, around 7:30 p.m. Sunday, when NWS officials said flooding was no longer expected to pose a threat.
The FOX6 Weather Experts said we could expect scattered T-storms Sunday with humid conditions; the stormy pattern continuing through Thursday.
