MILWAUKEE - The National Weather Service canceled a tornado watch for Dodge, Fond du Lac and Jefferson counties around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 11. It was originally slated to run until 8 p.m.
Wednesday's storms prompted severe thunderstorm warnings for Kenosha, Milwaukee, Racine, Walworth and Waukesha counties.
This, a day after severe storms caused widespread damage across southeast Wisconsin and knocked out power for more than 100,000 We Energies customers.
