BROOKFIELD, Wis. - Brookfield police are investigating a stabbing incident that happened on N. 135th Street just south of Lisbon on Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 29.

Officials say around 12:15 p.m., officers and the Brookfield Fire Department responded to a residence on N. 135th Street. They located a man with stab wounds who was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The investigation involves two individuals who are believed to be known to one another.
