Carthage College campus sexual assault, suspect arrested: police
KENOSHA, Wis. - The Kenosha Police Department said the suspect in a November sexual assault that took place on the Carthage College campus has been taken into custody.
Police identified the suspect as 24-year-old Brandon Wilson of Pleasant Prairie. He was arrested at his home on Friday, and KPD said he is being jailed on charges of second-degree sexual assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Police said the sexual assault took place around 11:40 p.m. on Nov. 13. The suspect then ran off and eventually left campus in an unknown vehicle.
The suspect also gained unauthorized access to a campus building. Police said Carthage College staff confirmed the suspect was not a student. It was initially thought he may be from Illinois.
