Milwaukee police arrested a 12-year-old child after a fatal shooting on the city's north side Saturday afternoon, Dec. 14.

It happened near 51st and Hadley around 2:15 p.m. Police said the victim, 32, was taken to a hospital but ultimately died of their injuries.

What led to the shooting remains under investigation, but police said it appears to be the result of an argument.
