Pius XI High School cancels classes Thursday; no heat in building

Pius XI High School, Milwaukee

Classes were canceled at Pius XI High School in Milwaukee on Thursday, Dec. 12 due to an issue with the building's heat. There will be no virtual learning either. 

The National Weather Service has issued a cold weather advisory for most of southeast Wisconsin until 10 a.m. Thursday. 

Wind chills will be in the -15 to -25 range for Thursday morning and stay sub-zero through the afternoon.
