MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett and other city officials "toasted" the sale of a downtown Milwaukee building on Wednesday, October 8th.HKS Holdings has purchased the "Posner Building" for $3.4 million.The new owner has planned a $23 million redevelopment that will include over 100 apartments and retail space for new tenants on the first floor.The building houses Mo's Irish Pub and the pub will remain.Related stories:
