Arctic air, potentially dangerous wind chills slated for Wisconsin

What we know:

Cold air has taken over the forecast again on Monday, Jan. 13 with even colder air likely Monday night and Tuesday morning.

What's next:

The steady flow of cold air behind a cold front that passed Sunday night, will continue to bring cold air – and will contribute to potentially dangerous wind chill readings Monday night and Tuesday morning.

By the numbers:

If wind chill values drop to -20, the National Weather Service will issue at Cold Weather Advisory. With wind chill readings at that level, you can get frost bite on exposed skin very quickly and the cold can be deadly for those who are trapped outside unprepared. Stay tuned for updates.
