MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- The Racine Fire Department was dispatched to a reported structure fire at 1212 Carlisle Avenue in Racine Thursday, January 23rd.The initial fire crews reported heavy smoke and fire showing from the second floor bathroom window and roof.Fire crews quickly located and extinguished the fire in the four unit residential property.Occupants of the second floor units are being assisted by the Red Cross.The fire caused an estimated $50,000 in damage to the structure and $10,000 in damage to contents.
