MADISON (AP) — Wisconsin's most powerful business lobbying group is calling on the Legislature to pass a right-to-work law, something Republican Governor Scott Walker says he sees as a distraction from his agenda.Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce president and CEO Kurt Bauer says in a column posted on the group's website that a right-to-work law is needed to make the state competitive with 24 others that also have it.Republican legislative leaders have said they want to debate the issue early next year, while Walker has repeatedly said he would rather they focus on his priorities.
