OZAUKEE COUNTY (WITI) -- Ozaukee County Sheriff's officials say Sheriff Maury Straub is set to retire as of January 5th, 2015.Sheriff Straub is the longest running Sheriff in Ozaukee County history.

TOWN OF CEDARBURG (WITI) -- Ozaukee County Sheriff's officials are investigating the theft of two ATVs and a trailer, taken from Cedar Creek Motorsports on State Highway 60 in the Town of Cedarburg.Sheriff's officials say it is believed the items were taken between 7:30 p.m. Monday, December 1st and 8:50 a.m. Tuesday, December 2nd.The following items have been stolen:

SAUKVILLE (WITI) -- The Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office says a 20-year-old man had to be cut out of his truck after a rollover crash near County Road Y and Singing Hill Road in Saukville early on Sunday, November 30th.A passerby saw the vehicle rolled over and called authorities shortly before 6:00 a.m..

SAUKVILLE (WITI) -- Ozaukee County Sheriff's officials were called in to assist Saukville police with a driving complaint that led to a pursuit that began in Saukville and ended in Newburg.It began when Saukville police received a call for a vehicle that was all over the road.

OZAUKEE CO. (WITI) -- A Village of Belgium man and his wife face multiples criminal charges related to the alleged delivery of illegal drugs.

GRAFTON (WITI) -- Ozaukee County officials are asking for the public's help in its search for a hit-and-run driver.Sheriff's deputies responded to a two-vehicle hit-and-run crash with injuries on southbound I-43 at Lakefield Rd.

OZAUKEE COUNTY (WITI) -- Ozaukee County Sheriff's officials are looking for a man accused of delivering heroin to an Ozaukee County Sheriff's deputy in the city of Mequon -- and a reward has been offered for information leading to his arrest.

OZAUKEE COUNTY (WITI) -- Ozaukee County Sheriff's officials have announced the arrest of a 33-year-old Milwaukee man for conspiracy to deliver heroin.The man was arrested on Tuesday, July 1st.Ozaukee County Sheriff's Drug Task Force members obtained arrest warrants for the man -- charging him with three counts of conspiracy to deliver heroin -- after Sheriff's officials say he delivered approximately 5.5 grams of heroin to an undercover officer on three occasions between June 17th and June 20th on Bayshore Drive in Glendale.The man was arrested in Milwaukee without incident on Tuesday.He is expected to make his initial appearance in Ozaukee County Circuit Court on Wednesday afternoon.Ozaukee County Sheriff's officials say: "As a continuing effort to fight the heroin epidemic, the Ozaukee County Drug Task Force remains committed to bringing to justice any drug dealer that targets the citizens of Ozaukee County."

GRAFTON (WITI) -- Two people are said to have been seriously injured in a crash involving a motorcycle and a lawn tractor that occurred on Monday evening, June 23rd.It happened near Pleasant Valley Road and Green Bay Road in Grafton just after 7:00 p.m.The Ozaukee County Sheriff's Department tells FOX6 News a group of three motorcycles was traveling westbound on Pleasant Valley Road near Green Bay Road and came over the crest of a hill when they saw a man crossing Pleasant Valley Road on a lawn tractor.Sheriff's officials say two of the motorcyclists managed to avoid the tractor, but one could not -- striking the tractor.Both the motorcyclist and the man on the lawn tractor were injured.

RIVER HILLS (WITI) -- The Ozaukee County Sheriff's Department says multiple charges are pending against a Milwaukee man arrested in River Hills on Friday morning, May 9th.The suspect was being investigated for distributing heroin -- and sheriff's deputies planned to arrest him in Mequon Friday morning.

OZAUKEE COUNTY (WITI) -- Ozaukee County Sheriff's officials say a suspect is in custody in connection with a shots fired/domestic violence incident that led to a search in and around the Town of Grafton on Monday, April 21st.

OZAUKEE COUNTY (WITI) -- Ozaukee County Sheriff's officials have released still photos in an armed robbery that occurred in the Town of Fredonia on Monday night, August 2nd.It happened at the Big Joe's Service Station at W3970 County Highway H just before 10:00 p.m.The clerk at Big Joe’s reported that a white male approximately 5’10” tall, weighing 165 pounds, 20-25 years old entered the station wearing a hooded sweatshirt and a bandanna covering his face.The suspect displayed a handgun to the clerk who provided him with cash from the cash register.The suspect fled in a dark colored four door sedan west on County Highway H from the gas station.Ozaukee County Sheriff’s Detectives are investigating the robbery.Anyone with any information should contact the Ozaukee County Sheriff’s Department Detective Bureau at 262-284-7172.

OZAUKEE COUNTY (WITI) -- A man went missing from Thiensville on Sunday night, June 9th, and due to the man's medical conditions, police felt it necessary to send out a reverse 911 call to residents in Ozaukee County, alerting them of the situation.

GREEN BAY (WITI) -- They made an example out of him.

CEDARBURG (WITI) -- A body recovered from Cedar Creek near Highland Road in Cedarburg on Friday, January 11th is that of Robert Steinbrecker.
