Man found incoherent, bleeding from ear in Racine
RACINE (WITI) -- Racine police are investigating after locating a man near the Vintage Rock Café who was incoherent and bleeding from the ear Thursday morning, July 18th.Investigating officers learned that there was an altercation in the parking lot and that the victim was assaulted and may have struck his head on the pavement as a result.The victim was transported to Wheaton Franciscan All Saints Emergency Room by rescue where it was discovered that he was suffering from a traumatic brain injury and in critical condition.The victim was flown to Froedtert Hospital via Flight For Life.Racine Police Investigators are interested in any information that you may have about this crime.

RACINE (WITI) -- 51-year-old Teri Allen of Racine is accused of locking her own at-risk son in the basement of their home, forcing him to use a bucket to relieve himself, and feeding him through a hole in a wall.

RACINE (WITI) -- 24-year-old Jessica Hollis of Racine was arrested Wednesday morning, June 26th for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (first offense) with a child in the vehicle.Hollis was stopped by a State Trooper at approximately 12:17 a.m. near 16th and Ohio in Racine.Following field sobriety tests Hollis was taken into custody for OWI.A six-month-old infant was present in Hollis’ vehicle at the time of the incident.
